All jewelry and small artwork items are shipped Priority Mail via USPS.
Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most made-to-order items require up to 2 weeks for production before shipping. All ready-to-ship jewelry and small artworks will ship within 3-5 business days of your order. If you ordered both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items, everything will ship together once the made-to-order item is ready.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customers or import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns
Returns/Exchanges
As most of my items are made-to-order, I do not accept returns on my jewelry or artwork unless there is a mistake on my end. I try my best to take accurate photos of the details and colors of each piece, but am not responsible for variances due to monitor brightness, etc. If you would like more photos of a piece, send me an email and I would be happy to send you some!
Before purchasing, please read each item description carefully. I do my best to provide a detailed description of each piece, along with sizing and measurements to allow you to make the best purchasing decision.
Jewelry and artwork cannot be resized.
